For some reason February has brought out a beast that has me painting a room, touching up all the woodwork, and re-grouting the shower. The good news is that I’m rewarding all this hard work with a trip to Paris this fall. So it’s grout, read a Chapter on Paris, paint, read a chapter on Provence. And so it will go until all the tasks are completed. Talk about a stick and carrot approach!

How do you keep your “I’m sorry, but I can’t help you” from breaking? Because, each time I repair mine & then use it, it ends up in pieces on the floor.

Simplification is something my life, drastically, needs . . . but, to get there, unfortunately, I think, I need to do a lot of work.

I’m still shocked that the best character, in television history, was killed off . . . but, well, it had to be done for the show. But, still, didn’t that blow?

I have issues reading modern Swedish literature, just because of the amount of coffee they drink. I get jittery. That said, I might have to check this out.
