Branch Out A Little

If all three of you loyal readers are relying on WRH for your up-to-the-minute and savvy political commentary, you've got bigger problems than wasting time reading not-a-blogs. 

For one thing, I am trying to eat low carb and am surly as hell and maybe just ever so slightly volatile and prone to irrational outbursts, I get most of my information from MSNBC and NPR, which then has to be translated for me by TWGH because I am dumb as a stump not always as good as he is about putting things in the proper context and perspective.  And sometimes I get distracted by shiny things, fine leather goods, and Angelina Jolie's uterus and forget about politics altogether.

Politico is a great source.  They have total insider status and get every molecule of news very quickly, they are generally bi-partisan, and, most importantly, they make fun of stupid people.  The comments to their "bloggish" articles are often a bit sketchy and tedious, but every once in a while good for "Wow! I'm glad I'm not that weird" purposes.

So, after you atone for clicking over to Politico and leaving WRH by telling seven of your closest friends that they should be loyal followers of WRH and so that I can then claim maybe four scores more readers, you should click over to Politico and catch up on what the sleazebags our elected officials and their hangers on and entourages in Washington are up to.
