I'm Not Going To Make It
So....it's "Turn Off Your TV Week."
Great! Our kids, particularly Himself the Eldest, watches too much of the teevee anyway.
With trepidation, we raised the issue of this impending electronic shut down yesterday.
Turns out, this is not a problem for the kids at all.
Their mother, on the other hand, is ready for a strait jacket and padded walls.

Actually, he doesn't get to watch it on school days anyways, so we're in good shape. Doesn't stop him from asking, however.

We simply ignore this nonsense, as the kids don't watch ANY TV, and are severly limited on their computer time. You don't want to be in a house with 2 kids with Asperger's who are being denied their electronic stimulation, believe you me.

Well, I'm missing it, anyway.
DAMMIT! This is not OK, nor fine. I really wanted to force my family to do it this year.
