Every well read hostess loves to travel...if only to have an excuse to read books about exotic locales and then perhaps, upon her return home, have fabulous theme dinners for the neighbors. Pretending for a teeny, tiny minute that time and economics are of no consequence, the big dilemma is clear: where to go? And when we arrive, where to stay? Furthermore, when we arrive and have a little shower and rest, where to dine? Adelle told me about TripAdvisor a few years ago, and it has never steered me wrong.

So, winter getting you down? Feeling the need to retreat to warmer climes? Maybe you are hankering for some skiing? TripAdvisor is a great resource.
